Water levels on the rivers of Transcarpathia have risen. 180 hectares of agricultural land have been flooded

On April 1-2, due to heavy rainfall, snow melting and rise of water levels in the rivers of Transcarpathian region, agricultural lands were flooded.

As of 06:00 April 4, 2018, 180 hectares of agricultural land and a section of a road in the territory of the region are still flooded:

Section of the motorway Tysyanka-Heyivtsi of Uzhgorod district, near the Latorytsya river. The height of the water layer is 5-10 cm, the length is about 50 m;

Near the village of Komyaty in Vynogradiv district, with a total area of ​​about 5 hectares;

Near the village of Chornotysovo in Vynogradiv district, with a total area of ​​about 15 hectares;

Near the village of Steblivka in Khust district, with a total area of ​​about 80 hectares;

Near the village of Sokyrnytsia in Khust district, with a total area of ​​about 80 hectares.
