From April 19 to 27, deratization will be carried out in Uzhgorod: tomorrow, the extermination of rodents will begin at junk yards; next week, the same works will be performed on the slopes of the river.
Deratization measures in the city are carried out twice a year – in spring and autumn. It reduces the number of rodents that are carriers of many infectious diseases, including leptospirosis.
In connection with the toxic substances used for deratization, Uzhgorod citizens are asked not to leave children unattended and to watch their pets.
