Vynogradiv Party of Regions members do not recognize the investment development of the district

April 16, there was the plenary meeting of the fifteenth session of Vynogradiv Regional Council. According to the draft agenda, they were supposed to consider 29 issues, but in the voting process it has been amended with five more issues.

Despite the agreement between the district council and district state administration to withdraw Vinogradiv Agency for Regional Development from Small Business Programs, the Party of Regions and UMDS blocked the adoption of the Program of innovation and investment development of the district, the official site of Vynogradiv DSA reports.

First, the deputies refused to take part in the Nationwide contest of projects and programs, which, according to the speaker – the Agency Director Volodymyr Shevchuk, was a real opportunity to bring ​​one million hryvnias to the economy of the district. Adoption of amendments to the Articles of Association, that are needed, particularly to hold seminars with the participation of representatives from other regions of Ukraine, was blocked by the aforementioned factions.
