Voters in Transcarpathia are already being bought

Today, October 20, at the press center "Transcarpathia" voters bribing and black PR will be discussed.

Representatives of the Committe of Voters of Ukraine and OPORA will tell about bribing of voters and black PR which has become not the exception, but rather a "rule" of the campaign.

The participants of the press conference:
    Andriy Rebryk – Deputy Chairman of the Transcarpathian regional organization of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine;
    Sviatoslav Babilya – Coordinator of the campaign for monitoring of parliamentary elections 2012 from OPORA in Transcarpathian region.
