Voluntary association of territorial communities was launched in Vynogradiv district

Today, close attention was paid to the extraordinary session of the Vynogradiv City Council in connection with the consideration of the issue of voluntary association of the territorial communities of the village of Bukove and the city of Vynogradiv with the administrative center in Vynogradiv.  

At the 15th extraordinary session, deputies of the Vynogradiv City Council voted for this decision almost unanimously (one voted against, one abstained).

The district centers of Transcarpathia, in particular, the cities of Tyachiv, Irshava, Perechyn, have already formed territorial communities. This year, Vynogradiv has also joined this process.   

The voluntary association of territorial communities involves several procedures and a long process of forming a capable Vynogradiv City United Territorial Community.

But this will bring a number of benefits: the united territorial communities will have direct inter-budget relations with the State Budget; will receive all range of powers that cities of regional significance have; the city budget will increase by 3 times. This will accelerate the implementation of planned programs and projects on social issues and the development of local infrastructure.

And the name will be Vynogradiv City United Territorial Community.
