We appeal to our customers, that have not installed meters for accounting and control of water consumption, and pay under consumption rates in accordance with the number of registered persons.
The MU "Vodokanal of Uzhgorod" is going to check the compliance of monthly fees for services with the number of residents.
In order to clarify this necessary information, please come to the customer department of our company and conclude (renew) the agreement on the provision of water supply services. To conclude the agreement, you must have a passport, identification code, certificate of family composition, and the document confirming the ownership of housing.
If you are in arrears for services, we can offer to conclude the agreement on debt restructuring.
In addition, in order to save your money, we recommend to install metering devices and pay only for the actually consumed water.
