Vitaliy Erfan was not fine with the prosecutors

Because of that, he did not become the head of Youth and Sports Department of the Regional State Administration

This was announced by the deputy head of Transcarpathian Regional Administration, the chairman of the competition commission under the RSA Mykhailo Rivis commenting on Vitaliy Erfan’s claim to the Transcarpathian Regional Administrative Court.

Recall that the statement of claim contains a demand to recognize as illegal and cancel the results of the competition for the vacant position of the head of the Regional State Administration Youth and Sports Department, arguing that the competition was held with violations. Also Vitaliy Erfan demands reinstatement and payment of average salary.

Mykhailo Rivis, in turn, assured that there had been no violations during the competition, and the reason why the Commission made a decision not in Erfan’s favor is in his professional missteps. 

Recall that Vitaliy Erfan was heading the Youth and Sports Department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration since 2010 and until recently. At one time, he was also the deputy head of the Transcarpathian regional youth organization "Young regions’.
