Virtuosos from Odesa will present original interpretation of classics on the main stage of Transcarpathia (Announcement)

On March 31, the 7th International Festival "Music Without Borders" was launched in the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic. Guests from Lviv Andriy Karpyak (flute) and Yuri Khvostov (oboe) accompanied by the Symphony Orchestra of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic performed brilliantly for Uzhgorod residents and guests of the city.  

And on April, 3, "PI Tchaikovsky’s "Seasons" in jazz" will be performed on the main stage of the region. This original interpretation of the famous work will be presented to our countrymen by the Petukhov trio from Odesa.

Oleksiy Petukhov (piano) has performed on our stage many times. Pianist, composer, arranger, he is a known representative of Ukrainian jazz.   

The second member of the trio is Maxim Kondratiev – bass player, soloist at the Odesa National Symphony Orchestra, participant in numerous jazz concerts, festivals and international projects.

The third member of the trio is Andriy Honcharov, a talented young drummer.

As for Pyotr Tchaikovsky’s "Seasons", Uzhgorod audience will hear this cycle of 12 pieces in such an original jazz presentation for the first time. The host is Olga Donetska. The beginning is at 18.30.
