Violator in uniform parked on the sidewalk (Photofacts)

Today, at lunch time, on Rákóczi street, 20 meters from the building of the regional police office, a reporter of uzhgorod.in recorded a service car "VAZ 21099" parked on the sidewalk. 

The police officer violated the traffic rules because he occupied part of the the sidewalk.  Only a little less than one meter was left for pedestrian traffic.

It is a violation of traffic rules where paragraph 15.10 indicates that "parking on sidewalks is prohibited, except for cars and motorcycles that can be parked on the curb, provided there is at least 2 meters left for pedestrian traffic."
