The apotheosis of the illegal parking was recorded yesterday, July 7, by Viktor Molnar. The author of the photo points out that on weekend the access to the center of Uzhgorod for vehicles is restricted, that means that the driver had driven there ignoring the stop sign and parked at the crossing, although there was free space nearby.
"It turned out that the driver was in the car, and through a window he angrily asked me "Feel better now?"…To which I replied "Not yet" – Victor says, adding that posting photos in social networks is the only means of fighting against rudeness available to the public.
In passing, we want to warn the driver of the car with European license plate: the habit to violate the rules can play a cruel joke on him, because in Europe violators of law are punished not by public condemnation, but by very heavy penalties.
