According to the system of information disclosure of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market, the supervisory board of "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" on November 21 adopted the decision to carry out redeployment.
Victor Petrov has been appointed as the Acting Director General of the company instead of Vasyl Kovacs, who was elected to the Parliament. Kovacs has headed "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" since May 1998.
Until recently V.Petrov has worked as the first deputy general director of "Zakarpattyaoblenergo", and during the last year it was him who actually ran the company.
Note: the net income "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" in 2011 increased by 13% compared with 2010 – to 4492 million hryvnias, net proceeds – by 25.2% to 750,794 million hryvnias, gross profit – by 2.1 times to 107.265 billion hryvnias. 50% of shares of "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" belong to "Energy Ukraine TV" LLC (controlled by VS Energy International, the Netherlands).
