July 6, during a plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, deputies did not support the request of Narodna Partia fraction deputy Sergei Pavlenko to the President of Ukraine concerning the illegal actions of Mizhgirya District State Administration of Transcarpathian region head V. Shchur on the dismissal of the chief doctor of Mizhgirya Regional Hospital Vasyl Tsar.
29 deputies from 261 registered voted in favor of the issue. Therefore, the decision is not taken.
Vasyl Tsar was dismissed from the post by the systematic violation of labor discipline at the end of December 2011. Currently, the legality of his release is being checked by the regional Prosecutor’s Office.
