Vasyl Hubal: “I am ready to give the position to whoever the community will elect”

The head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Vasyl Hubal at the press conference said that he supported decentralization.

"The source of power should be the community of Transcarpathia.I will not hold on to the seat and I am ready to give the position to whoever Transcarpathians will elect", – the head of the region said. The head of the region noted that the reform of the government is the primary task of the President. The head of the region also said that he would be actively cooperating with local governments of Transcarpathia.
