Infamous "Crown" will receive another 0.2832 hectares of land in the historic center of Uzhgorod.
Today, 24 October, Uzhgorod City Council supported the draft resolution "On granting permission to develop land management projects on land acquisition."
The document, among other things, proposed to grant permission to develop the project on allocation of 0.2832 hectares of land with subsequent rent thereof to the "Hotel Project Consulting
Ltd" for construction and maintenance of other public buildings at Teatralna square, 5, 7.
As previously reported, by the same draft resolution, Uzhgorod city council members allocated for the boiler room the land lot 4 times bigger that the area of the boiler room itself.
