The solemn opening of the 17th All-Ukrainian exhibition of decorative and applied art "The World of God is like Easter" is scheduled for 16.00 on April 3 in the cultural and historical center "Owl’s Nest" in Uzhgorod.
According to the head of the Transcarpathian organization of thr National Union of Artists of Ukraine Borys Kuzma, the regional center of Transcarpathia will host this vernissage, which will be held under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, for the first time. "It is currently known that more than 50 works by artists from all regions of Ukraine and 40 other local authors will be presented," – Mr. Kuzma said.
– The exhibition will be interesting, because it will feature ceramics, tapestries, wood carvings, sculptures, etc. It is good that we will see other regions, because we already got used to our own." Works of Transcarpathian artists have already been selected for the exhibition, and posters have been printed.
