Traditional highway race Klokočovská päťka took place on the shore of the Zemplínska Šírava Lake, located just 35 kilometers west of Uzhgorod. Volodymyr Yurchuk from Ivano-Frankivsk became the absolute winner among 132 participants (15.30). 25-year-old Serhiy Raschupkin from Mukachevo finished third behind Tibor Sachaida from Slovakia, Denys Sobolev showed the 14th result.
Ukrainians also won in the competitions among veterans: the first two places went to 41-year-old Anatoly Maly (17.39) and 47-year-old Orest Babiak from Uzhgorod. Natalia Malaya was the fastest in the women’s competition (20.45).
