The Nomen platform continues a series of public discussions and educational meetings in Uzhgorod. This time, they invite to a meeting with the historian Vladislav Tovtyn, who prepared a virtual journey "Uzhgorod throughout the twentieth century" to be held on January 28. "How Uzhgorod was seen by its residents and visitors during the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the Republic and the Soviet period – these topics will be discussed with Vladislav during three meetings. The first part of our virtual journey through the past century will be devoted to Uzhgorod during the Habsburg era," – the event page on Facebook informs.
Vladislav Tovtyn is a historian, graduated from Uzhgorod National University. He is engaged in cultural and gastronomic tourism in the Carpathian region. Participant of the project "Uzhgorod Open Tours".
