Last weekend, international taekwondo competition "Black Tiger Cup-2017" took place in the Slovak city of Snina. Over 220 athletes representing 19 clubs from 4 European countries – Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Ukraine – took place in this competition. Our country at this competition was represented by athletes from Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk and Uzhgorod.
11 atheletes of the Uzhgorod City Taekwondo Federation (coach Victor Mashkarinets) were competing for awards. They won 4 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze medals in different weight categories.
In the total standings of the international competition "Black Tiger Cup-2017", the team from Dnipro won the first place.
The best athletes in Ukraine, winners of various European taekwondo championships in their weight categories – Valeria Skaprovska, Artur Sarkisian, Vladislav Storozhuk – took part in the competition.
