Uzhgorod roads are among the worst in the country

The "Ukravtodor" named the 10 worst roads in Ukraine. This was stated in the presentation of the company published by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman on Facebook.

As noted, according to journalist investigation, the worst roads of Ukraine are:

Checkpoint "Tymkove" – Balta – Pervomaisk – Domanivka – Oleksandrivka;

Odessa – Reni;

Lviv – Radekhiv – Lutsk;

Chuhuiv – Milove;

Mukachevo – Rakhiv – Bohorodchany – Ivano-Frankivsk – Rohatyn – Bibirka – Lviv;

Odessa – Voznesensk – Novy Buh;

Dnipro – Mykolayiv;

Lviv – Sambir – Uzhgorod;

Oleksandrivka – Kirovohrad – Mykolayiv; Kirovohrad – Platonove.

According to the presentation, over the past five years, 2,641 km of roads in Ukraine have been repaired, or about 2% of the entire network. Most of the roads have not underwent major repair for 35-40 years, and for the past 30 years traffic has increased tenfold, axial load has doubled, the Komentari informs.

95% of roads were built in the Soviet Union and designed for the load of 6 tons per axle.
