Uzhgorod residents were tested for knowledge of the European Union (PHOTOS)

During the visit of representatives of the EU Delegation in Ukraine to Uzhgorod, a quiz on knowledge of facts about the European Union took place on Teatralna Square. The event was held under the campaign "Building Europe in Ukraine", the press service of Uzhgorod city council informed. 

Uzhgorod residents and visitors were asked about the countries, that are members of the EU, their population, programs and opportunities offered by the European Union. The information and educational quiz with a photo exhibition brought together interested youth, among which, besides townspeople, there were students from Lviv region.
One of the tasks was to choose from the list of countries the one that is not a member of the EU. 11-year-old Sasha from Uzhgorod named Switzerland, thus showing an excellent knowledge of geography.
Those, who knew the correct answers to questions, received prizes, including yellow and blue caps, photo pictures of European cities and even the EU flag.
