"Who is responsible for open manholes in Uzhgorod? I have just fallen in an open manhole. I just recently had the plaster removed from my leg. And it could happen to anyone.
Don’t even get me started on children running around and playing in the snow. Where are the authrorities, housing services? The issue of open manholes is not new. Then why nothing changes?
Every time I am surprised that after another tragedy, which could have been avoided, they carry out numerous inspections, threatening to fire everyone and fix the problem. But time passes, everything calms down. Threatening chiefs pretend that they punished those who are responsible, the subordinates pretend that they got scared. And it goes on until the next tragedy. Thank God, I wasn’t injured. Good people helped to pull me out.
