Uzhgorod residents chip in to restore order with parking

The implemention of the initiative discussed in the group "Uzhgorod" in facebook and supported by the citizens – to control parking by establishing restrictive poles – has began. The initiator of the idea – journalist Vitaliy Hlahola – suggests to start the active phase.

He informs, "I have opened a special account to raise funds for installation of restrictive poles for cars. Here, in the group "Uzhgorod", by voting, we chose the most urgent location – on the embankment, opposite the Drama Theater. When we are finished with it, we will take up Voloshin street from the Egan to the Edelweiss. So, I have opened a special account with the PrivatBank. I will be reporting on funds by print screens of the account here, in the group. Those who are willing to join are always welcomed.
