Uzhgorod residents are turning the embankment into a dump (Photofact)

Another pile of garbage has "grown" on Nezalezhnist Embankment. This was reported on Factbook by Olesya Kotyhoroshko who also posted the appropriate picture. Judging by the comments, the trash is from the tenants of the building across the street.
