Uzhgorod residents are sharing knowledge of electronic document management (PHOTOS)

Today at the Uzhgorod City Council, the employees of the Lutsk City Council are studying work experience in the system of electronic document management. Seven specialists from the general department, IT department, HR department, archives department, and the state voter register department saw how the work of similar structural units, as well as registration services, the Center for the provision of administrative services, computer and software department, department of document and organizational support, etc., was organized in Uzhgorod City Council. It concerned the development of the single network for all structural subdivisions of the Uzhgorod City Council, server equipment, the ASKOD software, assistance and technical support from Kyiv specialists – system developers, use of electronic digital signature, documents flow, formation of different modules, use of the automated workplace and other nuances.
