Uzhgorod city council appealed to Uzhgorod residents.

Citizens are urged to find a polling place where they have to vote.

On the page of the State Register of Voters https://www.drv.gov.ua/ords/svc/f?p=111:LOGIN, in the Voter’s Personal Space, the section "Search of the polling station", you can search for a polling station by address or on the map.
