On December 16, at 16.00, in the Transcarpathian Regional Library (Svoboda Ave., 16, 1st floor "WOA"), there will be a free master class in decoupage, Yevhenia Napuda, the head of the service department announced.
New Year is approaching, so the information center "Window on America" in the main library of the region organizes a master class on decoupage, during which visitors will be adorning wooden Christmas decorations.
