At the session of the City Council, 21 deputies voted for another controversial decision. It is the program which provides for allocation of UAH 13.5 million from the city budget to the carriers.It is a compensation for transportation of privileged categories. According to social activists, this amount is enough to pay for the transportation of over 9000 privileged persons per day:
13.5 million / 365 days = UAH 37 thousand / day, this is to compensate 9250 trips of pensioners a day.
