On Saturday, another man drowned in Uzhgorod quarry (swimming in which is, by the way, officially banned, but despite that there is a whole recreational zone there).
The Office of the State Emergencies Service in Transcarpathian region inform: July 6, at 10:20, Uzhgorod city police department was reported about a possible drowning of a citizen born in 1981 in Uzhgorod quarry at: Uzhgorod, Hranitna street. The diving and rescue team arrived at the scene. At 13:40, the body was found and taken out. The cause of death is being established by forensic experts.
