Uzhgorod City and District Court quashed the protocol on administrative violation, issued by the municipal police to an entrepreneur, the "Stary Zamok" reported. It concerns the traditional practice of "struggle" for the improvement of the city within which the employees of the council draw up protocols without complying with the law. Namely, in the absence of entrepreneurs, when they simply don’t have the opportunity to make their objections on deficiencies found by the police.
At a meeting of the executive committee, they suggested to arrange for employees of the municipal police special courses on legally competent drawing up of protocols. And meanwhile lawyers advise entrepreneurs in conflict with the municipal police to immediately complain to law enforcement authorities.
