Uzhgorod is without mayor

At the session of Uzhgorod City Council, deputies accepted the resignation of Vitaliy Semal as the Secretary of the Council. Therefore, the city is without mayor 

As a result of the secret ballot, for which 60 ballots were produced, 41 were handed out, all valid, 36 deputies voted "for", 3 – "against", 2 abstained. 

 Deputies approved this decision with 39 votes. 

Mrs. Travina was elected the chairman the meeting. 

She read out a statement by a group of 32 deputies who nominated Bogdan Andriyiv (ex Party of Regions member) for the new secretary. This decision was booed by the audience.
