An unexpected message came from the Department of Information Technology and Public Relations of Uzhgorod City Council. Instead of information about snow removal, they sent information on celebration of the May holidays.
"Dear colleagues, in May we will have many days off!" – rejoices city hall. And notes that "In order to create favorable conditions for the celebration of May 1, 2, and 9, and rational use of working time we recommend heads of enterprises, institutions and organizations to transfer working days for employees, who have a five-day working week with two days off in 2013, from Friday, May 3 to Saturday, May 18, and from Friday, May 10 to Saturday, June 1."
This is, of course, very interesting and reasonable, but one can only guess how Uzhgorod drivers, who complain about the lack of proper snow removal, will react to such "relevant message"
