Uzhgorod has a new police chief

Yesterday, February 1, at the club of Uzhgorod city police department, the Deputy Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region, police colonel Vasyl Bukovchanyk introduced to the personnel a new chief of the city police department, Police Lt. Yevhen Kalytych. This was reported by the publication Mukachevo.net with reference to the spokeswoman of the city police department Lyudmyla Feyer.

Information: Yevhen Kalytych was born July 24, 1978 in Svalyava.

He graduated from Lugansk Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. He has been working in the internal affairs since 1996. He has worked in Ivano-Frankivsk and Transcarpathian regions.

In July 2012 he was appointed as the chief of Perechyn District Police Department in Transcarpathian region, where he has worked until now.
