Uzhgorod government once again plans to sell municipal property (list of objects)

Uzhgorod city authorities once again plan to consider at the session the issue of privatization of municipal property. 

They propose to sell 45 objects of communal property. Only 22 buildings of former boiler rooms are to be to sold by auction. Other objects are to be sold through foreclosure.

They also plan to grant permission for purchase of the building of the former restaurant "Chervena Ruzha." The total area of ​​the property, which they plan to privatize three months before the local elections, is about 11 thousand square meters.
