Recently, with the assistance of the Consulate General of Hungary, Hungarian National Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of an Honored Artist of Hungary Zoltan Kochish has performed in the regional center of Transcarpathia. And today, on May 21, a Hungarian ethno-folk-jazz group «Rackajam» («Ratskadzhem") pleased Transcarpathian audience with their compositions.
Even the fact that part of the audience did not understand the Hungarian language did not cause any problems in the perception of the works, as the band’s music was actually melodic, rhythmic and enjoyable. Our grateful audience greeted the musicians, who first visited Ukraine with the performance, with warm applause of the crowded concert hall of the regional philharmonic.
By the way, the day after tomorrow musicians are going to perform in Lviv. Consul General Jozhef Bochkai expressed hope that the band will be accepted as friendly as here.
