Uzhgorod “Europeans” are campaigning at… the women’s clinic

"European" was of campaigning : Uzhgorod City Council deputies are campaigning at the women’s clinic.
Posters of current deputies of Uzhgorod City Council were found in a, one might say, quite risque place. Voloshin and Kovalsky promote themselves on the doors of the women’s clinic. It should be noted that it is against the law.
According to the legislation, it is prohibited to place printed campaign materials in the premises of state authorities or local governments, enterprises and institutions of state or municipal ownership. 
Recall that in accordance with paragraph 5 of Part 9 of Article 60 of the Law of Ukraine "On local elections," it is prohibited to place printed election campaign materials, political advertising and messages on the electoral process on architectural monuments, on objects of cultural heritage, on buildings and in the premises of state agencies, local governments, enterprises, institutions and organizations of state and municipal property, and in places where they impede road safety.
 Incidentally, observers of the OPORA recently recorded the same violation by the campaign headquarters of a candidate for the post of the Mayor of Uzhgorod Maria Badyda (http://uzhgorod.in/ua/novini/2015/oktyabr/zakarpats_ki_kandidati_agituyut_u_poliklinici_ta_z_elektroopor_foto). 
By the way, illegal campaigning may even lead to cancellation of candidate’s registration for election.
