As you know, soon Uzhgorod will celebrate the Day of the City. Moreover, it will be a jubilee. As the Mayor reported today, Kyiv has not provided funds and hardly will.
Therefore, they have to act alone. We already know the highlights of the program. But – not without the help: local entrepreneurs, apparently, were "strongly requested" to chip in for the celebration. "Many entrepreneurs, people, who want to financially support this project, have volunteered. They contribute from 200 to 10,000 UAH. We have approximately 60,000 UAH, in addition to the budget funds. Well, it’s not big money, but it is a support for the city, so we wouldn’t have to seek funds elsewhere" – the mayor said.
