The private enterprise "Vitana" was granted lease on 7 land lots in the heart of the city – on Voloshin street, Nos. 2, 4 and 6. It is the site, where "Molocharnya" once was located, and now there is a newly built retail and office center there.
The lease was also granted on several plots behind the building. The total area of seven plots is 1,742 sq. m.
This decision number 1227 was adopted by the deputies of the city council, headed by the Secretary Victor Shchadey at the last meeting on March 14.
The decision of the deputies allows the private enterprise "Vitana" to change the configuration of the land plot.
The founder of the private enterprise "Vitana", according to the State registry, is Stepan Mayerchyk.
In general, according to the decision number 1227, 22 citizens were granted permits to develop projects on land plots with subsequent transfer thereof in ownership or joint ownership.
Officially, in the city there is a moratorium on free allocation of new land (decision number 1226). According to the manager of the executive committee Oleksandr Volosyansky, deputies did not allocated any new land – all those land plots were already owned.
