Uzhgorod deputies approved the program of preparation for the sale of land

The Program of preparation for the sale of land for 2021-2023 was approved at today’s session of the Uzhgorod City Council.

The document will help to excercise the constitutional rights of citizens to acquire land ownership, taking advantage of the preemptive right to purchase the leased object by honest legal entities and individuals – tenants, compliance with the principle of efficient use of budget funds, proper fulfillment of the powers of the local self-government body regarding the disposal of communal land plots.

The main task of the Program is the timeliness of ordering and preparation of reports on expert monetary valuation of land plots, in respect of which the Uzhgorod City Council granted permits for such valuation.
