The organizational meeting of the Youth Coordinating Board was held in Uzhgorod city council. Welcoming young people, mostly students, who came to the meeting, the Deputy Mayor Oleksandr Bilak said that the idea to establish the board arose with the aim to bring together the efforts and capabilities of numerous youth organizations, groups, prepare joint creative projects.
The meeting participants elected the chairman of the Student Council of UzhNU Oleksandr Varshava as the chairman of the Youth Coordinating Board, agreed to develop the draft Regulations of the Youth Coordinating Board and submit it to the meeting of Uzhgorod city council.
They agreed to prepare for discussion in the next few days ideas, developments, and then select the best projects for joint implementation. Oleksandr Varshava also suggested to convene a meeting to share their experiences and information about working with grant projects.
All initiative people, who want to do something for their own development and for Uzhgorod, are invited to join the Youth Coordinating Board.
