Uzhgorod city council intends to stop unauthorized construction at the corner of Bobyak and Peremoha streets

The statement on unauthorized construction of a building on the corner of Mykola Bobyak and Peremoha streets has been sent to law enforcement agencies

Employees of the Uzhgorod City Council (the State Architecture and Construction Control Department and the Municipal Street Maintenance Inspectorate) documented that at the corner of Mykola Bobyak and Peremoha streets a building is being erected without required city planning conditions and without permits for construction work.

It has been established that the construction work is being carried out by the owners of the land Khodorovsky T.B. and Khodorovska T.B. with a gross violation of the requirements of legislation in the field of urban development, construction norms, standards and rules, namely: the construction is within the red lines, which is a violation of the DBN B.2.2-12:2018 "Planning and development of territories".

Due to numerous violations, in December 2018, the State Architecture and Construction Control Department of Uzhgorod City Council sent a statement (notice) about the unauthorized construction to the Uzhgorod Police Department of the Main Office of the National Police in Transcarpathian region.
