One unit was placed in the intensive care unit of the hospital and the other one was placed in the functional diagnostics room at the pediatric clinic.
According to the deputy director of the Uzhgorod Children’s Clinical Hospital Lyudmila Maslyuk, a three-channel electrocardiograph equipped with a touch screen is used for functional diagnostics and research of cardiac diseases, it stores more than 40 thousand records. Using it, doctors can monitor the patient’s heart activity, including detecting arrhythmia or other diseases.
Ihor Roshko, the director of the Uzhgorod Children’s Clinical Hospital, expresses his gratitude to the volunteers of the "Heart to Heart" campaign and to all those who contributed to the fundraising.
Recall that the campaign "Heart to Heart" took place in Transcarpathian region from April 2 to April 30, 2019.
