On July 24, 2018, at the meeting of the executive committee of the Mukachevo City Council, among other things, they considered the issue "On granting permission to install a bas-relief board on the building of the Mukachevo Agrarian College located at Masaryk st., 32. According to the decision posted on the site of Mukachevo City Council, the issue was resolved positively:
"…having considered the appeal of the T.G.Masaryk Club in Uzhgorod and the Uzhgorod J.A.Komensky Union of Czech Culture and taking into account the proposals of the Commission on the preservation of the historical heritage, naming and renaming of streets, installation of memorial signs in the city of Mukachevo at the Executive Committee of the Mukachevo City Council dd. June 7, 2018, Minutes No. 2, the Executive Committee of the Mukachevo City Council decided to grant the T.G.Masaryk Club in Uzhgorod and Uzhgorod J.A.Komensky Union of Czech Culture the permission to install a bas-relief board "To Tomas Masaryk, the first president of Czechoslovakia, a great friend of the Ukrainian people", having agreed on the location of the bas-relief board with the administration of the Mukachevo Agrarian College and the relevant departments of the Executive Committee of the Mukachevo City Council" – the decision of the Executive Committee states.
Obviously, the manufacturing of the plaque will be paid for by the initiator of the installion.
