Uzhgorod citizens are invited to honor the memory of the public activist Kateryna Handzyuk

Today, November 4, the administrator of the Kherson city executive committee, the advisor to the mayor of Kherson Kateryna Handzyuk has died.

As you know, the public activist became a victim of a gruesome attack: on July 31, she was doused with sulfuric acid. She was fighting for her life for three months.

The rallies with demands to bring the criminals to responsibility were held throughout Ukraine. The attack is believed to be related to Kateryna’s public activities. So far, the perpetrators have not been punished.

Tonight, Uzhgorod joins the All-Ukrainian Campaign in Memory of Kateryna Handzyuk. All active citizens are asked to join the campaign and come to Teatralna Square with lanterns, banners, flowers… Citizens are invited by the FRI Uzhgorod. The beginning is at 19.00.
