Uzhgorod citizens are asked to contribute to the campaign “The First Schoolbag”

The campaign "The First Schoolbag" will take plave in Uzhgorod for the fourth time. The collection of school supplies (cases, backpacks, notebooks, etc.) for future first-graders has started. School supplies are being collected for children from the families that are going through hard times and are unable to adequately prepare their child for school.

You can send new or used items to the organizers, or money to buy those items. There are currently three collection points: Poshtova sq., 3 (office 134); Shvabska st., 25 (office 4, 5) and in Mynai at the "Caritas" Charity Foundation.

The campaign will take place on August 23 in the Puppet Theater.

The organizers are the City Center for Social Services for Family, Children and Youth, the "Caritas" Charity Foundation and the Transcarpathian Resource Center.

All citizens are invited to contribute to this social campaign.
