On December 8, the book of Transcarpathian poet, literary critic, journalist Mykola Matola "Little Petryk Drew a Pear" will be presented in the regional library for children and youth.
As noted in the annotation to the publication: "Mkola Matola, whose life ended prematurely at the age 40, left a significant literary heritage, including a lot of poems for children. Today, a part of this heritage goes to children and adults, who honor the work of the Master, the winner of the All-Ukrainian Vasyl Symonenko Literary Prize."
The collection of children’s poems was recently released at the All-Ukrainian State Publishing House "Karpaty" with the assistance of the Department of Information and Public Affairs of the RSA under the regional Program for the support of the publication of works by Transcarpathian authors.
The presentation with the participation of publishers and the writer’s family members for Uzhgorod schoolchildren and all comers will take place in the preschool and junior school children service department (Voloshin st., 20, II floor).
