Talented children from the regional center of Transcarpathia adequately represented their land at the national dance international festival-competition "Day Of Dance 2016" which took place on October 20-22 in Lviv.
The competition gave the audience bright emotions and impressions.
Almost all age groups were represented at the dance festival ranging from 5- to 23-year-old dancers. It is pleasing that representatives of Uzhgorod won in their age category (Category I: 6-9 years). Children’s creative collective "Rainbow Theatre" (director Svitlana Lutak) at the school "Radist" in the PADIYUN triumphed in the "Modern Dance" nomination. The team consists of about 15 children. "We are very pleased to become the winners of the festival. These kids are every teacher’s dream!" – the director of the creative team, Ms. Svitlana cannot hide her emotions.
By the way, members of the "Rainbow Theatre" have been winners of various dance festivals. Last year, in particular, they were the winners at international festivals, such as "Spring Ball" and "Bright Country" held in Uzhgorod.
