Uzhgorod Center for the Provision of Administrative Services sums up last year

On average, administrators of Uzhgorod provide 3404 administrative services monthly.  The Center provides services to residents of Uzhgorod, as well as residents of the entire Transcarpathian region.  Here you can receive 264 types of administrative services: 16 – RSA, 140 – City Council, 108 – territorial bodies of central executive bodies.

 Visitors of the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services can register in e-queue, use the information terminal and receive notifications on the results of their cases by text messages.  The electronic archive of cases is maintained, customers can pay for services using POS-terminals.

The Mobile Administrator service is provided for people who cannot visit the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services in person.  Customers have the opportunity to submit applications online.

Recall that since March 2018, the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services has been operating in a reconstructed and modernized room on the first floor of the Uzhgorod City Council.
