The rating was based on the results of the Third nationwide municipal survey conducted by the sociological group "Rating" – the Kozak Post informs.
This annual survey provides an expanded view of the public perception of the local government and municipal services.
The survey was conducted in 22 regional centers of Ukraine, which are not under the control of Russian or pro-Russian forces, as well as in Severodonetsk and Mariupol in Donbas.
The study is based on a sample of over 19,000 respondents.
The leaders in this list are Khmelnitsky and Uzhgorod, that have the index of 0.7. They are followed by Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Mariupol, Dnipro, Ternopil, Rivne and Poltava, that have the index of 0.5.
The lowest level of corruption is in Mykolayiv and Severodonetsk – 0.1.
