Uzhgorod again is covered with burning tires smoke (PHOTOFACT)

On Narodna Square, like yesterday, people are burning tires, the smoke is spreading over the entire Galagov neighbourhood.

While the entire Ukraine is waiting for the beginning of the Verkhovna Rada meeting on martial law, Uzhgorod is covered with smoke again.

As you know, the owners of cars with EU license plates are protesting against the enaction of the new law and the prohibition to cross the border for cars with foreign registration. A certain number of cars stayed abroad, because the law came into force suddenly, and the traffic was stopped.

Now the protest is taking place on Narodna Square, where the building of the Regional Council and the Regional State Administration is located. Also, in addition to the other blocked border crossing points (which are the checkpoint "Tisa" in Chop, the crossing points in Maly Berezny and Uzhgorod, while the checkpoint in Solotvyno was unblocked), "Luzhanka" on the border with Hungary was blocked too.
