Snow plowing works in Uzhgorod continue, the City Council informs. Today, 17 vehicles of the municipal services and the military are working on the streets of the city.
80 workers of public utilities are clearing the streets from snow, more than 120 soldiers are helping, officers of the municipal police are also engaged in the work. Employees of the utilities were also cleaning stormwater drains.
Today, it was decided to remove snow from Bohdan Khmelnytsky Square, tomorrow morning they plan to take out snow from Sandor Petofi Square, so they ask drivers not to leave their cars there for the night in order not to obstruct heavy machinery that will be removing the snow.
